At Catherine’s Café, guests were treated to Midnight Sparkle, a vibrant evening featuring live dancers, a fire breather, champagne and canapés upon arrival, and an unforgettable midnight fireworks display. The energy and glamour of the night made it a truly magical way to ring in the New Year.
Over at Rokuni, Pop the Night offered guests the perfect combination of music, dining, and celebration. The evening featured live music, a DJ, a band, and fireworks, with a playful dress code of “Pop the Color.” Guests enjoyed a sharing Omakase dinner experience with welcome bubbles or simply joined the party to dance the night away.
Sheer Rocks hosted a two-seating celebration. The first seating, from 5:30–7:30 p.m., offered a three-course dinner at XCD$350 per person, while the second seating, from 8–10 p.m., featured a six-course tasting menu at XCD$695 per person, or XCD$790 with a wine flight.
