New Year’s Eve across Rocks Group was a night to remember as we celebrated the end of 2024 and welcomed 2025 in true style. Here’s a recap of how each venue made the night unforgettable:
Sheer Rocks: Elegance and Spectacle
At Sheer Rocks, guests enjoyed two exclusive dinner seatings with a specially crafted New Year’s Eve menu, champagne toasts, and a stunning fireworks display. It was the perfect mix of fine dining and breathtaking views, making for a truly magical evening.
Catherine’s Café: Tiki-Themed Beach Party
Our Tiki-themed, all-white party at Catherine’s Café was a lively celebration by the beach. Guests sipped tropical cocktails, danced to live music by DJ York, and watched fireworks as midnight struck with a shot in hand — a perfect beachside bash to ring in the new year.
Rokuni: Casino Royale Glamour
Rokuni’s Casino Royale-themed event at our new Sugar Ridge location brought glamour and excitement. Poker tables, live DJs, Asher Otto & Itchyfeet performance, feathered dancers and delicious fusion cuisine made for a chic and unforgettable night full of luxury and fun.
Roquita: Lively Tapas and Cocktails
Roquita was buzzing with energy as guests enjoyed tapas, handcrafted cocktails, and great company. The night saw a record-breaking number of covers, with the vibrant atmosphere making it a perfect place to celebrate the arrival of 2025.
